岗位职责
Our client is a prominent global provider of digital supply chain software and services. Dedicated to simplifying back-end logistics operations, the company’s suite of proprietary solutions spans across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and Logistics Execution Systems (LES). Serving over 1,600 global customers across 24 countries, they help businesses digitize and automate their operations to achieve unmatched efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.
Role Overview
As a WMS Implementation Analyst , you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between physical warehouse operations and our client's digital software systems. You will lead and support the deployment of the proprietary, market-leading Warehouse Management System (WMS) for corporate clients across various industries (such as FMCG, Retail, 3PL, and Manufacturing). Your primary mission is to ensure successful software deployments from the pre-implementation blueprinting phase through to configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live hypercare, and managing ongoing post-implementation change requests (CRs).
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End WMS Implementation & Go-Live
• System Blueprinting & Gap Analysis: Partner with clients to map their physical warehouse layouts, operational processes (inbound, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting), and inventory flows to design localized WMS configurations.
• Configuration & Rule Setup: Configure rule-based parameters within the WMS, including RF/handheld terminal interfaces, Web UI displays, cross-docking workflows, and bonded warehouse protocols.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients. Validate data flows, ERP/host integration points (via integration hubs), and handheld scanner operations.
• On-Site Hypercare & Go-Live Support: Provide critical hands-on support at the client's warehouse site during the high-stress "go-live" period. Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, resolve data mismatch issues, and ensure smooth process adoption.
2. Post-Go-Live Support & Change Request (CR) Management
• Change Request (CR) Evaluation: Analyze, scope, and document post-implementation change requests from existing customers seeking to optimize, localize, or upgrade their existing WMS setups.
• Post-Implementation Support: Diagnose and resolve operational and system configuration issues logged by customers after their initial stabilization phase.
• Value-Added Enhancements: Guide clients on how to optimize their WMS configuration postgo-live as their business volumes or storage network complexities scale.
3. Client Training & Stakeholder Alignment
• Operational Training: Deliver structured, hands-on training to warehouse managers, supervisors, and floor operators on using the WMS Web UI and RF/handheld devices.
• Best Practice Consultancy: Counsel clients on industry best practices for warehouse design, inventory slotting, and labor productivity tracking using the WMS data insights.
Experience & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
