• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and project objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and reporting requirements.
• Support project activities, including scope management, testing, defect resolution, and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide business analysis support for General Insurance systems, including claims and policy administration processes.
• Extract, validate, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple systems to support business operations and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain operational, management, and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, and user guides while supporting continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the General Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance business processes, including claims and policy administration.
• Experience working with insurance systems such as Merimen and TMOnline is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle Database for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Knowledge of VB/VBA for report automation and data processing is an advantage.
• Experience in report development, data reconciliation, and business reporting.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and change management processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
