You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement operational standards, and support automation initiatives that enhance overall warehouse performance.

What You'll Do

• Optimize warehouse operations by improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, work instructions, and equipment maintenance plans.
• Analyze warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor project implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to enhance warehouse systems and support automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, reliability, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, industrial engineering, or process improvement is preferred.
