We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketer to own the global merchant lifecycle. Your mandate: transform data into a high-velocity revenue engine, driving product adoption, SME volume growth, and cross-sell penetration.

Impact

• Revenue Engine: Own lifecycle-influenced pipeline, expansion revenue, and Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
• SME Scaling: Engineer high-conversion nurture loops to maximize product usage and share-of-wallet.
• Predictive Intelligence: Convert telemetry into behavioral models that identify churn risks and "next-best-action" opportunities.
• Systems Architecture: Build custom, real-time automation logic triggered by merchant behavior and product signals.
• Product-Led Growth: Bridge Marketing and Product to eliminate friction and maximize feature adoption.

Ownership

• Activation: Time-to-first-value.
• Expansion: ARPU growth via cross-sell/up-sell.
• Retention: Monthly churn reduction across SME cohorts.

• Technical Rigor: "Stripe-caliber" command of the modern stack (Salesforce, Braze, Segment).
• Analytical Depth: Fluent in cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, and funnel optimization.
• Velocity: A "Founder-like" builder who favors rapid iteration and high-speed execution.
• Narrative Precision: Ability to distill complex fintech infrastructure into sharp, merchant-centric value propositions.
