Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and digital platform projects from initiation through production rollout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, delivery roadmaps, and release schedules.
• Track progress across multiple technical workstreams including engineering, platform services, integrations, security, operations, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure timely delivery of MVPs and phased releases.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with engineering teams, solution architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and align deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, technical workshops, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
• Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Technical Engagement

• Independently troubleshoot technical issues using first-principles thinking without relying on engineering teams for basic analysis.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable options, risks, and recommendations.
• Work closely with solution architects on architecture and design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Understand core platform components and break down technical requirements into executable project tasks.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project governance artefacts including RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and delivery metrics.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, AI Safety, and Responsible AI standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Adoption & Enablement

• Support onboarding of pilot use cases onto shared AI platforms.
• Coordinate documentation, user guides, training materials, and developer enablement activities.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager delivering enterprise digital or platform projects.
• Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end enterprise digital projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs involving engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and external vendors.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead with end-to-end project delivery is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms, AI/ML technologies (including RAG, MCP, LLMs), or enterprise AI transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand, analyse, and troubleshoot technical concepts independently.
• Ability to engage confidently in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments.
