Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for personable applicants to join our team of dedicated Clinic Assistant. Our team emphasizes on providing exceptional patient care to the communities we are serving.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform duties of regular clinic operation, including registration, triaging, dispensing of medications, collection of payment, claim submission, chaperone, clinical procedures and enquiries
Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care
Maintaining clinic cleanliness and tidiness
Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Assist Doctors in performing their duties with patients
Perform simple procedures on patients e.g. ECG
Top up stock/assist with stock-keeping in clinic
Criteria / Requirement:
Able to commit in working on weekends and/or Public Holidays
Able to work at allocated shift hours and locations
Computer-Literate
Diploma / Degree Preferred
Min. 2 years of Clinic Experience in a GP clinic setting will be an advantage
Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or experiences will be an advantage
Who will be suitable in this role?:
Proactive in learning and comfortable to get hands-on
Diligent and someone who has high integrity
Able to multitask with due diligence, speed and accuracy
Ability to manage work pressures under fast-paced environments
Reliable and dependable nature
Work Environment & Benefits?:
