Changi Airport Group Hiring! Full Time Manager, Business Development in East Region (Singapore) - Ricebowl

The Business Development Unit, under the Enterprise Strategy & Development Division, is tasked to support the growth of new businesses that is synergistic to the airhub. You would lead or be involved in the following areas:

• Finding and proposing new business areas that Changi Airport Group (CAG) could venture into, getting Management buy-in
• Partnership-building - structuring and negotiating commercial contracts, long-term partnership agreements and joint ventures
• Developing and monitoring CAG's portfolio of new businesses
• Working with stakeholders across the Group 

Requirements:       

• Good Degree, preferably in Business, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good business acumen and strong storyboarding and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, able to manage projects independently; able to build trust, good stakeholder management skills
• Past experience in real estate investment and development, merger & acquisitions (M&A), portfolio management and B2B sales & marketing, will be advantageous
