ABOUT FLIP

The Future Leaders Internship Program (FLIP) is a high-growth AI driven career development platform bridging the gap between education and employment for youth. By orchestrating a powerful ecosystem of global education partners, government agencies, and corporate companies, FLIP delivers high-impact virtual simulations, career portfolios, and physical corporate placements. We empower the next generation of talent to unlock international career opportunities and build competitive global edges.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-energy, versatile, and execution-focused Marketing & Operations Intern for a 6-month period. This role sits at the intersection of creative brand marketing and student operational support.

You will be the heartbeat of our daily student outreach—handling our social channels, designing crisp graphics, managing community newsletters, and directly guiding students through the enrolment pipeline. This is a fast-paced startup role designed for an absolute self-starter who wants to build real-world marketing and business operations skills from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media & Creative Content Production

• Content Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and managing consistent social media postings across FLIP’s official platforms like Meta , tiktok and Linkedin.

• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, flyers, and digital marketing assets for school outreach campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

• Email Newsletters: Draft, format, and deploy engaging email newsletters to our student and parent databases to promote upcoming programs and partnership announcements.

2. Multi-Channel Enrolment & Community Support

• Student Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for student sign-ups, providing high-quality support to guide applicants smoothly through the registration funnel.

• Direct Communication: Manage incoming queries, support requests, and follow-ups with high responsiveness via official email channels and WhatsApp Business broadcast loops.

• Query Resolution: Clear up student and parent doubts regarding program details, schedules, and virtual simulation requirements in a friendly, professional manner.

3. General Operational & Administrative Support

• Data Management: Keep internal student trackers, databases, and enrolment spreadsheets accurate, organized, and up to date.

• School Coordination Support: Help organize digital assets, presentation links, and onboarding materials for high school and university rollout events.

• Ad-Hoc Support: Take on general administrative assignments as needed to ensure the smooth, day-to-day execution of the 6-month pilot program.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. You must be highly confident drafting professional emails and public social captions.

• Creative Toolkits: Practical experience handling basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva is a must, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus) and familiarity with social media publishing.

• Self-Learner Mindset: A proactive individual who figures things out independently, isn't afraid to pick up new digital tools quickly, and thrives with minimal supervision.

• Resilience: Highly comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment. You can handle repetitive support workflows with great attention to detail while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

• Education Status: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
