Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Planner role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Financial Planner will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, conduct detailed financial assessments, and develop tailored plans covering areas such as savings, insurance, investments, and retirement. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, recommending suitable products and strategies, reviewing portfolios regularly, and updating plans in line with changing client needs and market conditions.
The role also involves educating clients on financial concepts, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met, preparing professional presentations and reports, and maintaining long-term relationships through proactive communication and service. Collaboration with internal teams and partner institutions is expected to deliver comprehensive and integrated financial solutions.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong expertise in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning to design holistic, client-focused solutions.
  • Candidates should possess relevant professional credentials such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent certifications, or be actively working toward them.
  • Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Finance, including investment principles, risk management, insurance, and wealth accumulation strategies.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Retirement Planning, including income projection, asset allocation for retirement, and protection strategies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment.
  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant industry experience in financial advisory or wealth management is highly beneficial.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with local regulatory requirements, proficiency in basic financial software and office tools, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
