Job Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect (L2) to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable IT solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise who enjoy combining solution design with hands-on implementation and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Recommend appropriate technologies and solution approaches to meet business objectives.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, and governance standards.

Technical Delivery

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, migration, and deployment activities.
• Review solution designs and support troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Design and support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate existing environments and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives where applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
• Present solution proposals and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Governance & Best Practices

• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles, cybersecurity requirements, and operational standards.
• Perform technical reviews, risk assessments, and impact analysis for proposed changes.
• Maintain architecture documentation and technical standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of IT infrastructure, systems, or cloud experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Experience designing infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise application solutions.
• Good understanding of networking, virtualization, servers, storage, and security concepts.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
