Full Time Executive, Project Management - Fit-Out Jobs, in Bonia Corporation Berhad Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

• Assist in design development of new store locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenant coordinators and mall managers in all applicable forms and locations.
• Work closely, coordinate design stage & renovation work with M&E consultant, Lighting Consultant, Structural Engineer Consultant and Contractor.
• Review and prepared submission drawings for mall management.
• Preparing tender analysis and study costing, negotiating with contractor on project costing.
• Meeting with mall management on design concept presentation and technical meeting.
• Listed defect list during inspection with contractor after renovation is complete.
• Monitoring and oversee the construction and completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Monitoring contractor & sub-contractor, service improvements, quality and service after job completion.
• Final inspection with landlord and local authority prior to work completion to obtain their approval and smooth handover during Testing and Commissioning.
• Support store maintenance and ad-hoc task.
• Prepare documentation for procurement process (PO issuance) and invoice tracking.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Masters in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
• Preferably 3 years of working experience with 2 years project management experience in retail industry.
• Experience in dealing with contractors and mall operators.
• Must have good budgeting and general math skills.
• Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of design drawings and project documentation.
