Job Title : M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Singapore

Duration: FullTime

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect M&E works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Maintain site inspection records and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Registered M&E RTO (preferred).
• 3+ years of M&E site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Knowledge of BCA, SCDF, and PUB regulations.

Skills: HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, QA/QC, Site Supervision, Documentation.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
