Job Details:

Location: Woodlands Loops

Working Days & Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM (Permanent Night Shift)

Training Period (First 2 Months): Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Shift Pattern: Work 3 Days Off 2 Days, Work 2 Days Off 3 Days

Night Shift Allowance: $20/shift

About the Role

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturing environment where you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided during your first 2 months.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) including routine inspections, cleaning, and calibration of manufacturing equipment

Perform corrective maintenance (CM) by troubleshooting machine stoppages and replacing faulty components

Support equipment uptime and production efficiency

Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues and identify root causes

Work with conveyor systems, robotic arms, and automated manufacturing equipment

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability

Requirements

NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines

Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Able to commit to permanent night shift

Candidates from Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industries are highly preferred
