Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – M&E (Revit) to develop and maintain Mechanical & Electrical BIM models for construction and engineering projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to produce accurate BIM models and coordinated construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed M&E drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate M&E models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
• Update BIM models based on project revisions and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Generate construction drawings and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, engineering drawings, and BIM workflows.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Familiarity with Singapore or international construction standards is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
