HR Executive (Generalist Role)
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR Executive to join the People & Organization (HR) team at PestBusters Singapore.
If you enjoy connecting with people, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, this role is for you. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, employee engagement, and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow as an HR Generalist in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing plans.
- Keep recruitment trackers up to date and maintain good communication with candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth start.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and employee claims.
- Handle CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Support performance appraisal processes and related communication.
- Help plan and organize team engagement and wellness activities.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen teamwork, motivation, and employee morale.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or MOM-related submissions.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process statutory claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen) and related matters.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with recruitment exposure.
- Familiar with HRIS or payroll systems (Timesoft or equivalent).
- A people person — approachable, professional, and dependable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in getting things done.
- A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn and grow.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a growing company that values people, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Exposure to all areas of HR operations, not just recruitment.
- Supportive and collaborative work culture.
- Learning and career growth opportunities within the HR team.
- A meaningful role where your contributions directly support both our people and operations.
