HR Executive (Generalist Role)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR Executive to join the People & Organization (HR) team at PestBusters Singapore.

If you enjoy connecting with people, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, this role is for you. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, employee engagement, and compliance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow as an HR Generalist in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing plans.
  • Keep recruitment trackers up to date and maintain good communication with candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth start.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing and employee claims.
  • Handle CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Support performance appraisal processes and related communication.
  • Help plan and organize team engagement and wellness activities.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen teamwork, motivation, and employee morale.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or MOM-related submissions.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process statutory claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen) and related matters.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with recruitment exposure.
  • Familiar with HRIS or payroll systems (Timesoft or equivalent).
  • A people person — approachable, professional, and dependable.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in getting things done.
  • A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn and grow.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing company that values people, teamwork, and service excellence.
  • Exposure to all areas of HR operations, not just recruitment.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture.
  • Learning and career growth opportunities within the HR team.
  • A meaningful role where your contributions directly support both our people and operations.
