What you’ll be doing

• Responding to customer queries via calls, chat, or email (basically being the friendly voice/text on the other side).
• Solving issues, answering questions, and troubleshooting like a pro.
• Keeping track of customer complaints/requests and following up till it's sorted.
• Coordinating with other teams (sales, tech, ops) to get things resolved.
• Logging interactions and updating customer records accurately.
• Staying calm even when someone's yelling about a delayed order (it happens).
• Making sure customers leave the conversation happier than they started.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Great communication skills — you know how to explain things without sounding robotic.
• Patience. Like, actual patience. Not just "I can fake it for 5 minutes".
• Comfortable multitasking between calls, chats, and tickets.
• A problem-solver mindset — you like figuring things out, not just passing the buck.
• Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets — nothing scary).
• Bonus points if you've done any customer-facing job before (retail, cafes, calls — all counts!).
• Basically; someone chill under pressure who genuinely likes helping people.
• Fresh Graduate and Mid-Career switch are welcome to apply too !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
