Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our VR gaming experience store. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, energetic, and passionate about delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, introducing them to VR gaming experiences
• Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of VR games and equipment
• Assist customers in selecting suitable games and packages
• Operate VR gaming systems and ensure smooth customer experience during gameplay
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve basic issues
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment readiness, and safety standards
• Process payments and manage basic retail transactions
• Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, F&B, hospitality, events, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging with customers
• Interest in gaming or VR technology is a strong advantage
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Traits:

• Energetic and proactive in approaching customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in sales or upselling will be an advantage

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
