Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.

* Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper site documentation.

* Resolve site issues and communicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients.

* Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available to meet project requirements.

Requirements

* Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).

* Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.

* Knowledge of construction safety requirements is an advantage.
