· Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Assist in system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.

· Support employees with basic technical guidance.

· Maintain IT inventory (devices, licenses, accessories).

· Assist in CCTV monitoring and network performance checks.

· Participate in small IT improvement projects.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
