Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of medications, over-the-counter products, and other pharmacy supplies.
• Place and track purchase orders with approved vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and shelf life to reduce waste.
• Work closely with pharmacists and other team members to forecast product demand.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and changes in product pricing and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company-specific guidelines for purchasing and inventory management.
• Resolve any supply chain issues, such as delivery delays or product shortages.
• Handle new listing processes.
• Generate and review inventory reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Required:

• Preferably with experience in pharmacy purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
