QUALIFICATION

• Possess at least a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience and be capable of handling laboratory equipment.
• Experience in conducting QC testing on lubricating oil with knowledge of laboratory instruments and laboratory environments is preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Possess own transport (preferably a car).
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required by operational needs.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

ROLES DESCRIPTION

• Performed routine QC testing for each samples enter the lab including incoming of raw materials, semi finish goods and 3rd party sample according to GTSB standard.
• Perform basic laboratory test as per accordance with approved test methods or procedures
• Verify lab equipment performance every morning by using CRM or internal standard.
• Assisting Chemist in carrying out laboratory testing, method development and compliance with QA/QC requirement.
• Ensure Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the laboratory.
• Ensure the sample preparation equipment are used and maintained in proper way.
• Make sure all relevant raw data or test information to be correctly and accurately recorded in the provided raw data sheet or laboratory test record.
• Keep and track calibration schedule and record for all lab equipment.
• Managing lab inventories and consumables.
• Ensure testing result are accurate and released on timely basis.
• Monitoring blending process if necessary.
• To maintain laboratory housekeeping, calibration of equipment and overall operations of the laboratory.
• Assist chemist troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
