JUNIOR QC INSPECTOR

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
1. To plan, manage, distribute and participate in the day-to-day inspection work of QA and QC.

2. To perform daily inspection (scheduled inspections) on every product being produced.

3. All samples inspected shall be based on the Master Wet Sample.

4. To record the test results of every sample being inspected and verified the products as “passed” if it is first time right.

5. To feedback to the Superiors / Person-In-Charge of Production Dept should there be any operational deviations (non-conformance issues).

6. To follow up with issues related to non-conformance. In other words, to carry out the second inspection after the product is adjusted. Such process / activity shall be repeated until the quality is satisfactory and “passed”.

7. To seek advice from Research and Development (R&D) or so called Product Development (PD) personnel should they need further assistance.

8. To complete the daily QC job sheet record.

9. To attend to unscheduled inspections by customers and provide guidelines / advice from QA aspect.

10. To maintain a good record of the Master Wet Samples.

11. To fully aware and understand the quality policies and objectives of the Company.

12. To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as will be assigned by Superiors from time to time as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
