Elabram Systems Hiring! Full Time Workforce Operations (Onboarding - Support) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Employment Details:

• Location: Menara Southpoint
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Contract: 12 months
• Basic Salary: RM2,500

Job scope:

• Follow up with leads obtained from various multiple channels (FB ads, TikTok ads, AWB/SPX Website, FB Community Groups, Referral Programme, Physical Banners & Flyers)
• Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
• Manage existing 100+ Whatsapp groups for newly onboarded/attrited FT/PT courier & sorter pool, to answer all their queries regarding pay, hub location, shift hours etc
• Assist with new hires' onboarding
• Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• At least diploma or 1 year relevant working experience

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
