• Cost estimation & budgeting: Prepare accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out works.
• Maintain proper documentation of all contractual correspondence and changes.
• Tendering and Contract Management: preparation of tender documents and contract conditions
• Supplier & subcontractor coordination: Negotiate rates, manage procurement support, and monitor deliverables.
• Work with QS and project team to monitor cost implications related to contractual changes.
• Support in final account preparation and closing.
• Prepare main claim and subcon claim

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 2 years (Preferred)
