Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Management team in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities throughout the project.
- Coordinate, witness, and maintain records for site testing, including slump tests, cube tests, rebar tests, PDA tests, and other required quality inspections.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including Material Laboratory Testing (MLT), PDA reports, Trial Mix reports, Tensile Test reports, and other testing records.
- Prepare, review, and monitor all Submission Approval Forms (SAF) and related documentation.
- Coordinate and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with subcontractors and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare Method Statements for construction activities as required by the Consultant or Client.
- Prepare and submit monthly QA/QC reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspection checklists, and quality inspection forms in accordance with project requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and project handover documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate submissions to relevant authorities, including G Forms (G1–G21) and other statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in the Construction Industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Familiar with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, PQP, and QA/QC documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work full-time at a Construction Project Site.
- This is a Contract position. Candidates who are able to commence work immediately or before August 2026 will be given priority.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
