Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in implementing the Site Safety & Health Plan and Safety Committee activities.
• Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and promote safety awareness at the project site.
• Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and monitor compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Report accidents, incidents, hazards, and safety-related matters to the Safety & Health Officer.
• Monitor site housekeeping, safety practices, and the safe use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Assist in liaising with relevant authorities such as DOSH, NIOSH, and CIDB on safety-related matters, approvals, and registrations.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain safety records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly Safety & Health reports and maintain the Safety Officer's logbook.
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Factories and Machinery Act (FMA), and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the Construction Industry.
• Possess a valid Yellow Book (SSS/SHO) or relevant safety certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMA, DOSH, CIDB, and NIOSH requirements.
• Able to work full-time at a Construction Project Site.
• This is a Contract position. Candidates who are able to commence work immediately or before August 2026 will be given priority.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
