JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out tasks assigned by the manager and work closely with the warehouse operations team.
• Prepare timely and accurate customs declarations and clearance documentation.
• Liaise with Customs authorities to resolve issues related to customs clearance.
• Handle export customs documentation at Penang Port, including registration and final cargo release.
• Keep supervisors and office colleagues informed of any new customs clearance regulations or changes.
• Ensure there are no pending customs cases in the ALDEC system for more than 10 days.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support daily operational activities, including label pasting, document scanning, and updating the WMS system.
• Coordinate effectively with office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by immediate superior.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's policies and SOPs.
