Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electromechanical Installation Supervisor to support data center construction projects in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising installation teams, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring site progress, and ensuring all electromechanical installation works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Candidates must have previous experience working on data center construction or installation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise installation manpower for project execution.
• Lead site teams in carrying out electromechanical installation works.
• Coordinate the receiving, issuance, and allocation of materials based on construction drawings and project requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing daily construction site activities.
• Monitor project progress, safety performance, work quality, and site issues.
• Ensure all installation works follow approved drawings, procedures, specifications, and project schedules.
• Assist with inspection, testing, verification, acceptance, and settlement of installation works.
• Coordinate lifting equipment, operators, and related site personnel.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, manpower records, and installation documentation.
• Resolve site installation issues and coordinate with relevant project teams.
• Complete other duties assigned by project management.

Job Requirements

• High school certificate, Diploma, or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Must have experience in data center construction or electromechanical installation projects.
• Previous experience leading or supervising installation teams is required.
• Familiar with construction drawings, installation procedures, and site coordination.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning, and team management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willing to follow project instructions and support site requirements.
• Experience in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or MEP projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
