Master Suppliers Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Operation - Compliance Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,200 - Ricebowl

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including work allocation, performance monitoring, and training.
• Conduct routine warehouse inspections to ensure housekeeping, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform internal quality checks on incoming, stored, and outgoing goods to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and operational records.
• Handle warehouse-related compliance requirements, audits, and certifications.
• Ensure all documentation required for compliance and certification is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Sales to resolve quality and operational issues.
• Monitor stock control, inventory accuracy, and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, quality findings, audit results, and corrective actions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
