A Day in Com-Aire

1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee ACMV projects from inception to completion, including site activities, implementation, monitoring, and project delivery.

2. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion within the stipulated contract period.

3. Oversee and supervise site works, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, project schedule, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

4. Conduct site inspections and attend coordination meetings, identify potential issues, and promptly address site-related concerns to minimize delays and non-compliance.

5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, site records, and meeting minutes.

6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.

7. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for ACMV-related issues during project execution.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the ACMV field will be an advantage. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)

• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including design concepts, installation methods, and site practices.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (or other relevant project management software).

• Good project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work and travel outstation when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
