What You'll Do

• Chat with customers through WhatsApp and guide them towards the right products.
• Build trust and recommend solutions that match customers' needs.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain good relationships to encourage repeat orders.
• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any related field
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
