Junior Executive, Production

Location: Meru, Klang

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Executive, Production to join our Production team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Liquid and Cream production section while ensuring all manufacturing activities comply with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Liquid and Cream production section.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure all production equipment is clean, properly maintained, and ready for operation.
• Supervise production staff, maintain discipline, foster a positive working environment, and provide technical guidance where required.
• Ensure all weighing balances undergo daily in-house verification and external calibration according to the calibration schedule.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Department to ensure material availability, approval status, and retest requirements.
• Liaise closely with the Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and Warehouse Departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Support recruitment activities and assist in the onboarding and training of new production staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. (Chemistry graduates are preferred.)
• Experience in Liquid and Cream pharmaceutical manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
