Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit highly engaging vertical video content (9:16) using a smartphone for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Actively monitor social media trends, viral audios, and pop-culture moments to quickly script and produce timely, trend-jacking content.
• Edit and polish videos using CapCut or any other preferred video editing software, incorporating trending transitions, auto-captions, sound effects, and dynamic pacing.
• Ensure all content is optimized for high retention by designing strong hooks (the first 3 seconds) and seamless visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm creative angles that align with brand objectives while keeping the content authentic and relatable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile content creation and video editing (via CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other relevant software).
• Mandatory: A portfolio or active social media handles (TikTok/Reels) demonstrating your editing style, creativity, and understanding of trends.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, vertical video pacing, trending audios, and what makes a video go viral.
• High creativity with a strong sense of visual rhythm, timing, and humor.
• Ability to work fast, adapt to sudden trend shifts, and deliver high-turnaround content without sacrificing quality.
