Wonderfood City (M) Hiring! Full Time Logistics - Sales Admin in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

We are a growing F&B company based in Skudai, Johor, operating multiple outlets across Malaysia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team and grow together with us.

Job Scope:

• Monitor and record stock movement (Stock In & Stock Out) for all outlets, and prepare inventory reports for superior to review.
• Conduct monthly stock counts for outlets in Johor Bahru (JB) and Kuala Lumpur (KL). (Outstation allowance provided.)
• Prepare monthly losses reports by comparing outlet-submitted stock records against actual physical stock count results.
• Liaise closely with the Operations and Finance departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in sales reconciliation by comparing actual sales collections with delivery platform reports and other sales records to ensure all figures are accurate and balanced.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in inventory control, stock management, logistics coordination, or sales administration.
• Basic knowledge of stock count, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and able to handle reports and data analysis.
• Able to travel for monthly stock count between JB and KL areas. (Outstation allowance provided.)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
