Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process optimization initiatives across our warehousing and express logistics operations. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing operational performance, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, optimize warehouse layouts and resource utilization, drive process standardization, and ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and hands-on experience in warehousing or express logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Design and implement process optimization solutions for warehouses, hubs, gateways and delivery stations.
• Improve workflow, warehouse layout, equipment utilization, and labour productivity.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes and technologies.
• Conduct post-implementation audits and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement within warehousing, logistics, or express distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience in workflow design, warehouse optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel when required and work in a fast-paced environment.
