RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Supervise all production activities in the department, ensuring overall production operation & activities are carried out.
• To identify & implement continuous improvements to the company production process.
• To plan and control manpower & overtime.
• To emphasize the implementation of 5S and ISO requirement at Production/Manufacturing.
• collaborate with Quality Department, identify & implement on-going quality improvements.
• 1.6 To upgrade workers skill and knowledge through implementing training programmed.
• To lead, guide Supervisor. and operator
• To create related document eg. SOP,WI,OEE etc

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in production management
• Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate good leadership skills with great discipline and attitude working.
• Have knowledge in APQP eg. Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English

COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringor equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
