Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and stock arrangement.
• Assign daily tasks and manage warehouse staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot warehouse issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Experience in leading and managing a warehouse team.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Willing to travel for work or training when required.
