Digital Defense Solution Hiring! Full Time Business Development Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions within enterprise and corporate sectors.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

· Attend meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

· Conduct sales presentations, product introductions, and solution discussions with potential clients.

· Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Technical team to design solutions that meet customers' requirements.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents when required.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.

· Develop strategic account plans to grow existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the company's overall business growth.

· Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation during all customer engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles.

· Experience in IT solutions, software, cloud services, or cybersecurity industry will be an advantage.

· Candidates with familiarity or awareness of enterprise cybersecurity solutions are highly preferred, including:

· Cloudflare (DDoS Protection & Web Application Firewall - WAF)

· Delinea (Privileged Access Management - PAM)

· Dataiku (Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics Platform)

· Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as cloud security, identity security, application security, or AI-driven technologies will be an added advantage.
