Project Manager (Data Center – M&E) | Singapore

5.5-day work week

A leading engineering solutions EPC provider is looking for a Project Manager to oversee mission-critical Data Center projects in Singapore and Malaysia. This role will focus on managing end-to-end Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center M&E construction projects
• Manage project schedules, costs, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct technical reviews and propose value engineering solutions
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site challenges effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 7–10 years of experience managing Data Center construction or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and safety standards
• Familiarity with tendering, QS, QA/QC, construction safety, and commercial terms
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• EMA Electrician License is advantageous
