We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team SG Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering recruitment, with the ability to identify top talent and drive recruitment strategies that align with our clients' needs.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for engineering roles
Collaborate with consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
Monitor recruiting metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
️ Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the engineering sector
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
