Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are delivered in line with identified business needs and intended outcomes, within the agreed cost, timeline, resource, and quality parameters.
• Work with the Product Manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to facilitate sprint planning sessions, scrum meetings, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and manage the pace of development to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Conduct and support comprehensive system, user, and security testing prior to release.
• Organise user education campaigns to encourage product adoption after implementation.
• Provide product support and collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
• Identify potential project risks and assess their implications for the organisation, while recommending suitable mitigation measures and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and support audit activities relating to IT platforms and systems.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by providing professional guidance and appropriate support to project teams, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in developing digital products.
• A proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working with product teams to develop and deliver products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and persistent, with the ability to follow through on matters until completion.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, while prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional would be advantageous.
• Experience using platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq would be advantageous.
