Hiring: Korean Customer Service Agent (Malaysia)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Date of Joining: 7 September
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
Support executive advertisers on a social media platform
Address general customer service inquiries
Deliver excellent customer support and resolution
Requirements
Korean Speaker
Relevant Customer Service experience is mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in a rotational shift environment
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 9,000
KPI Incentive: Up to RM 300/month
Working Hours
24/7 Rotational Shifts
5 working days per week (Monday–Sunday rotational schedule)
