Our client is a leading Malaysian nutraceutical and health supplement manufacturer that partners with brands to develop and produce science-backed herbal, nutritional, and functional health products. With over 20 years of manufacturing expertise and roots dating back to 1978, the company combines traditional herbal knowledge with modern innovation to deliver high-quality wellness solutions.

They are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Executive to lead the HR function, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Run full-spectrum HR — recruitment, onboarding, payroll data, leave & attendance, and employee relations
• Ensure statutory compliance — EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and the Employment Act 1955
• Maintain employee records, confirmations, appraisals and training
• Support factory HR needs — GMP/ISO/5S documentation, PPE, and foreign-worker administration
• Supervise and guide 2 admin clerks; report directly to the Managing Director

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, or related
• 3+ years HR experience, with 2+ years at senior / supervisory level (manufacturing or SME a plus)
• Strong in payroll, statutory compliance and the Employment Act
• Mandarin-speaking (due to business requirements), plus English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Hands-on, mature and discreet; ideally based near Semenyih / Kajang with own transport
