Senior Business System Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 (Commensurate with experience)

This role is responsible for analysing business requirements, improving operational processes, coordinating with external technology vendors, and ensuring our business systems work seamlessly together.

Job Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather and analyse business requirements from different departments.
• Translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Design business workflows, process maps and operational SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital solutions.

System Implementation

• Coordinate the implementation of new business systems and software solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to business requirements and timelines.
• Monitor implementation progress and provide regular project updates.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Vendor Management

• Act as the primary liaison between AISEE LIFE and external software vendors.
• Coordinate meetings, project discussions and implementation planning.
• Follow up on system issues, feature requests and enhancement plans.
• Ensure vendors deliver solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.

Business Systems & Integration

Coordinate and support integration between:

• Point of Sale (POS)
• eCommerce / Webstore
• CRM
• Membership System
• *************
• AI Agents
• Payment Gateway
• ERP System
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Loyalty Platform
• Accounting System
• Understand system integration requirements and data flow.
• Work with vendors to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Payment & Digital Solutions

• Coordinate online payment and payment gateway implementations.
• Support QR payment, digital wallet and eCommerce payment integrations.
• Ensure payment processes are secure, accurate and reliable.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Prepare testing scenarios and test cases.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Verify system enhancements before deployment.
• Identify bugs and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements before production release.

Documentation

Maintain and update:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Specifications
• Business Process Flow
• System Flow Diagrams
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• User Manuals
• Testing Documentation
• Project Documentation

Project Coordination

• Coordinate multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare project status reports for management.
• Analyse operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
• Experience working with external software vendors and system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
