Job Description

• Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
• Obtains required approvals and place orders.
• Handles adjustments with supplier involving replacement & rejection of goods etc.
• Review and clarifies on any discrepancy or incomplete information with regards to specification, quality, quantity and delivery requirements.
• Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
• Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• IT savvy - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Positive attitude with good time management
• Immediate - Able to start work on short notice.

5 day work week (No OT required)
