We're seeking a passionate Assistant Resident Manager to oversee our cleaning operations at Changi Airport. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Location: Changi Airport

Working hours: 6 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Effective instruction and management of supervisors/cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
• Resolving all matters on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
• Familiarity with airport operations will be preferred.
• Must be able to work on weekends and occasional night shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be IT savvy and able to become proficient at new software systems.
• Must be well-groomed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
