Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and ingredient portioning according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Support packing, labelling and storage of prepared food items.
• Assist with stock replenishment and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Job Requirements

• Able to work permanent night or midnight shifts.
• Willing to learn and follow kitchen operating procedures.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices is an advantage.
