Full Time Construction Manager Jobs, salary up to SGD 5,000 in KOH CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, resources, and manpower allocation
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
• Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, operational, or contractual issues
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial control and reporting
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and submit progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation for management and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for construction processes, safety practices, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8-12 years of Marine Construction or Civil Engineering site experience
• Proven experience in construction and site supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
