Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support tendering, cost estimation, project coordination, and ACMV engineering design works. Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs for project tender submissions.
Evaluate tenders and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and assist in cost control activities.
Prepare and produce AutoCAD drawings.
Interpret and review M&E drawings, technical specifications, datasheets, calculations, and engineering drawings.
Support mechanical engineering design for ACMV systems.
Perform ACMV design calculations, including heat load calculations, duct sizing, and cost estimation.
Assist in the preparation of engineering plans and detailed designs.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Salary Range: S$3,000 - S$5,000
