Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Singapore's rail transit environment? If you have hands-on experience managing rail E&M projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering rail infrastructure projects by:
- Reviewing project submissions, including specifications, drawings, test procedures, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Supervising on-site installation, testing, commissioning, system integration, defect rectification, and handover activities while maintaining high quality standards.
- Coordinating with project teams, contractors, interfacing contractors, and transit stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
- Monitoring project schedules, tracking progress, preparing updates, and supporting timely project delivery.
- Attending project, coordination, and interfacing meetings to facilitate smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Supporting overall project execution to ensure milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, site installation, testing, and commissioning of Rail E&M systems within Singapore's transit environment.
- Experience coordinating with railway operators and local transit stakeholders for:
- Addition & Alteration (A&A) works
- System upgrading
- New system implementation at operational (revenue) stations
- Experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system upgrades, relocation, or migration projects will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent engineering drawing software.
- Able to review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
